I've been reading other blog posts (linked below) about the Magic Chicken Diet. I don't have much to add to the discussion if the site's mystique. I think it will get even more interesting before it becomes clear. To me, it's clear enough that the plan has the same fatal flaws that Kimkins has:

• nutritionally unsound diet based primarily on lean protein, essentially zero carbohydrates, and minimal fat
• menus often run below 600 calories for an entire day
• weight loss occurs but ongoing weight loss is unsustainable
• no maintenance plan
• suspected links to Heidi Diaz & Kimkins
• the site owner vacillates between manic involvement and being completely absent, leaving members to run the site
• you don't know what you're getting before you spend your unrefundable money
  posts are censored & purged
• unpredictable management of the site
• unqualified diet (medical) advice

Wow, that sounds a lot like Kimkins! That may very well be because there is a connection between the two. It will be interesting to see what turns up.

Does this sound like a sensible way to lose weight? Does it sound like a good use of your money? Apply what's been learned by Heidi Diaz customers over the past few years and stay away. Save your money! Invest in your health! ______________________
